Return Policy for GreenShe Remodeling

At GreenShe Remodeling, we pride ourselves on offering quality services and products. To maintain the highest standard of service and integrity, the following return and refund policies apply to all transactions on www.greensheremodeling.com. Please review this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Services

All services provided by GreenShe Remodeling are non-refundable. Once a service has been purchased and scheduled, no refunds will be issued, even in the event of cancellation by the Client. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • -Home remodeling and renovation services

  • -Consulting services

  • -Any other contracted services

In the event of a cancellation by the Client, refer to our Service Contract Agreement for applicable terms regarding cancellation fees.

2. Donations

Any donations made through www.greensheremodeling.com are non-refundable. Once a donation is submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of the donation amount.

3. Products (Store Purchases)

All items purchased from our online store are non-refundable. This applies to:

  • -Physical products, including merchandise and tools

  • -Gift cards

All sales are final. Please make sure to review product details carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

4. Digital Services, Downloads, and Subscriptions

The following digital products and services are also non-refundable:

  • -Digital services, such as online consultations

  • -Digital downloads, including guides, e-books, and DIY resources

  • -Subscriptions to any digital services or platforms

Once a digital product or service has been purchased, the sale is final, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

5. Missed Consultation Appointments

Clients who miss scheduled consultation appointments, whether virtual or in-person, will not be eligible for a refund. All missed appointments are non-refundable, and rescheduling is subject to the availability of the Contractor. To avoid missing appointments, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if a rescheduling is necessary.
